Private Pay and Out-of-Network Benefits:

I also accept private pay clients. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of your session fees through out-of-network benefits. I do not file out-of-network insurance claims on your behalf; however, I can provide a detailed receipt, or Superbill, upon request for you to submit to your insurance company.

Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed. I encourage clients to contact their insurance provider directly to learn more about their out-of-network mental health benefits.

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, Faryn Miller Counseling, PLLC provides eligible self-pay and uninsured clients with a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services as part of the intake process.
